This is our illusionary list of foods that are necessary for the average human being to consume for health and growth; accompanied by a few notes on properly consuming these foods. Please use your own discernment and empirical observations when deciding upon what foods are best for you. We are not nutritional experts; we are Lovearians.

All grains must be properly prepared. For example, Quinoa may need sprouting but it also needs to be cooked in a pressure cooker.

To perform a thorough detoxification please consider a careful form of fasting or a fruit/veggie cleanse for 30 to 90 days.

Please avoid excess amounts of carbs from fruits and grains; consume only what is needed to maintain energy levels.

This list is a general list of appropriate foods to consume, some additions and/or removal of foods maybe needed.
